These trees are harvested the day before, placed on the truck, and driven down the night before they arrive here in Cayucos. Some years the trees and wreaths have even had snow on them — it doesn't get any fresher.
Our town tree, decorated by the children at our Annual Town Tree Lighting and displayed on the corner of Ocean Ave. and D Street, stands over 15'. Lit during the first weekend in December, it withstands the elements for weeks and still looks wonderful into the New Year.
